Ebonyi Assembly recalls lawmaker suspended for engaging in photography

Maria Ude Nwanchi, the member of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly earlier suspended for engaging in photography has been recalled. She represents  Afikpo North East Constituency.
Nwanchi was suspended last month for two weeks by the house for engaging in photography which the house insisted tainted its dignity. The suspension was later extended to six months.

How, the lawmaker today got a reprieve as she has been recalled. The motion for her recall was moved by Deputy Leader Chief Kingsley Ikoro at the plenary and was approved after it was subjected to a voice vote,
