Police IG: "Nigeria is well secured"

The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris has declared that "Nigeria is well secured" after having a closed door meeting with President Muhammadu  Buhari, Friday. The meeting held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Although Nigerians may think otherwise given recent events in Benue, Kaduna and Rivers where scores lost their lives, the Police Chief still maintained that the country is secured. He however assured Nigerians that "this will not repeat itself"
Speaking further on measures taken to end killings on the Benue Valley, the IG said "there are so many measures. For instance in Benue we are going to deploy more units to support the efforts the police is making in the state to ensure we have adequate protection to the men and communities and members"
It could be recalled that a total of 19 farmers were brutally murdered in Guma LG by those suspected to be Fulani Herdsmen.
