Jercinda Arden, Newzealand Prime Minister is Pregnant

The Prime Minister of Newzealand, Jercinda Arden is expecting a baby. Jercinda, the 40th Prime Minister of Newzealand assumed the position since 2017. 
Arden, 37 made the surprise announcement today. The baby is expected to arrive in June. 

She described her partner, Clarke Gayford as the “'first man of fishing' and stay at home dad”
She’ll be the first leader to have a child while in power since Pakistani PM Benazir Bhutto in 1990."

Expressing her delight, she said:

“Clarke and I are really excited that in June our team will expand from two to three, and that we’ll be joining the many parents out there who wear two hats,” Ms Ardern said on social media.
“I think it’s fair to say that this will be a wee one that a village will raise, but we couldn’t be more excited… I can assure you we have a plan all ready to go!”
