Benue Killings: Victims To Get Mass Burial says Gov. Ortom

Those who lost their lives in the dastardly Fulani attack the rock parts of Benue state this new year are to be given mass burial. Benue state Governors Samuel Ortom stated this through his Chief Press Secretary, Terver Akase on Sunday.
The government also announced three days mourning to honour the dead.
According to Akase, 39 bodies and 20 others would be buried in Guma and Logo Local Governments respectively. The planned mass burial is to take place on Thursday, January 11 and would be followed by a memorial service at the IBB Square Makurdi.

Recall that scores of Benue farmers were murdered in cold blood in Guma and Logo Local Governments of the state by suspected herdsmen.
