In Ogun: Secondary School Students asked to bring blocks to school

Facebook users, Alatise Olayinka shared this photo of a JSS3 student taken block to school. The un-identified student is seen with block on his head and his school bag hung on his back. According to Alatise, the school is Papalanto High School in Ogun State. He claims to be an old student of the school. He said the Principal of the school gave the order and that the Vice Principal and class captains are using force to collect the block or its monetary worth. See the post below.

"This is a JSS 3 student of Papalanto High School in Ogun State. It was mandated by the school Principal that all students from JSS1-JSS3 must pay for the cost of 6inches block or bring block to the school.
It was gathered that the office of VP and class Captains are those in charge of the cash collection and most times using force to collect this money from the students.
This is the sorry state of education in Ogun all the old students of papalanto high school ,the principal need to be arrested and be handover to the police, the man is destroying my former school"
